Calgary to Jasper with Ice Explorer (one way) - 11.5 hours
Travel through the rolling foothills of Alberta to the Rocky Mountains and onto the famous Icefields Parkway - the most spectacular journey in the world. A photographers dream excursion, we stop at all the major viewpoints along the way. Join us as we visit Lake Louise, the icon of the Canadian Rockies where the stunning emerald green waters flow from the Victoria Glacier. Learn about the Crowfoot Glacier and view the magnificent Peyto Lake. During a visit to the Columbia Icefield Discovery Centre, enjoy the Glacier Gallery, giftshop and a guided Ice Explorer Excursion onto the ancient ice of the Athabasca Glacier. Following a hot buffet lunch (included), continue your excursion with a stop at Athabasca Falls and then its on to the quaint resort town of Jasper.
