Banff Gondola Restaurants
In order to make your visit to Sulphur Mountain more enjoyable, we have provided several amenities. The Summit Complex located at the top of the mountain houses two restaurants, a gift shop, a snack bar, and public washrooms. At the base, a snack shop and gift shop provides a great selection of food and souvenirs for your convenience.
One thing we have noticed: when people arrive at the summit of the mountain, they are usually hungry! We don't know if its the fresh mountain air or the altitude but we thought we'd help out with that hunger by constructing two restaurants in the summit complex atop Sulphur Mountain.
The Summit Restaurant is a self-serve restaurant, which seats up to 160 guests and offers a magnificent view of Banff and the Bow Valley. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available without a reservation. The Summit Restaurant operates on the same schedule as the Gondola. .
The Regal View Garden Restaurant, is located one level above the Summit Restaurant and seats up to 200 visitors. Seating in the atrium area offers guests a breathtaking view of the Canadian Rockies. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily throughout the summer months from June to September. Groups please see our 2010 menus.

Gift Shops
Gift Shops at the Banff Gondola are located at both the summit and the lower terminal for your convenience. The lower gift shop also has a fudge shop.
A large collection of sweaters, jackets, shirts, and other clothing items are available as well as traditional souvenirs. We carry a postcard collection that promises to contain just the right photo to send to your friends and relatives at home!
And just in case you've forgotten, we've remembered to stock our shelves with film for your camera! Or if you've even forgotten the camera, we have single-use cameras waiting for you.
